- Collect blood, urine, stool, and other clinical specimens as per standard procedures.
- Label, store, and transport samples accurately to prevent errors.
- Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and clinical pathology.
- Operate laboratory instruments and analyzers according to established protocols.
- Conduct daily quality control checks on laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control results.
- Follow laboratory quality assurance standards and accreditation requirements.
- Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs when required.
- Record test results accurately in laboratory registers and software systems.
- Prepare and verify laboratory reports before submission to authorized personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory data.
- Monitor stock levels of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies.
- Inform the Laboratory Incharge regarding shortages and procurement requirements.
- Ensure proper storage of chemicals and reagents.
- Follow infection control and biomedical waste management procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding test requirements and results.
- Assist in resolving laboratory-related queries.
- Participate in training programs and continuing education activities.
- Assist in training new laboratory staff and students when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
