Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding menuPe's presence across restaurants, food courts, malls, and other hospitality venues.
Your primary responsibility will be to meet prospective partners, schedule product demonstrations, maintain relationships with existing clients, and ensure our partners are getting maximum value from menuPe.
This is a field-heavy role requiring regular visits to malls, restaurants, and partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit malls, food courts, restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses.
- Identify potential partners who can benefit from menuPe.
- Introduce menuPe and explain its value proposition.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for senior team members/co-founders.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Ensure QR table-tops and branding materials are properly placed and maintained.
- Monitor partner engagement and usage.
- Collect feedback from restaurant owners, managers, and staff.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries and support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting new people every day.
- Self-driven and highly organized.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or business development.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, SaaS, or field sales is a plus.

- Consistent number of weekly partner meetings.
- Strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- High partner satisfaction and retention.
- Proper implementation and maintenance across partner locations.
- Growth in active menuPe locations.
Compensation
- Fixed salary (10,000) + performance-based incentives (negotiable).
Location
Field-based role with regular visits to malls, restaurants, and partner locations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
