We are hiring a articulate, design-conscious Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to manage digital relationships with our premium individual clients, brides, and corporate partners.
Role Overview
As a CRE, you are the voice of zuboc. You will provide digital "white-glove" customer service, guiding premium clients through custom order journeys—from selecting the perfect craft supplies to finalizing custom wedding invitation suites and high-volume corporate gift orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Bespoke Client Consultation: Act as a digital design consultant, helping high-end clients, event planners, and couples customize wedding invites and luxury gifts via email, chat, and phone.
- Corporate Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, managing their bulk gifting requirements from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Digital White-Glove Support: Resolve order inquiries, tracking issues, and complex client requests with absolute grace, precision, and emotional intelligence.
- Order Coordination: Collaborate closely with our internal design, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure custom, premium orders are error-free and delivered on time.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our premium art supplies and design options to confidently upsell and make expert recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce customer support, luxury client relations, premium hospitality, or corporate account management.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a polished, professional tone suitable for corporate HRs and high-end clients.
- Attention to Detail: Absolute precision when dealing with spelling, custom proofs, and bulk order specifications.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)
- An Artist or Design Background: Candidates with a background, degree, or personal practice in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Art History, or Crafts will be highly prioritized. An aesthetic eye is crucial for reviewing invite proofs and gift mockups.
