About the Role
Fazlani Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MIS Executive / Sales Coordinator to support and strengthen the sales operations function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the FMCG industry, strong analytical capabilities, and practical exposure to sales force automation (SFA) applications such as Field Assist or similar sales tracking platforms. The role involves managing sales data, generating MIS reports, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring accurate tracking of field activities and business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Sales Reporting
- Prepare and circulate Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Sales Reports (WSR), and Monthly Sales Reports (MSR).
- Generate MIS reports for management review and business analysis.
- Analyze sales performance, primary and secondary sales data, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance trackers using MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the field sales team regarding order booking, sales targets, collections, and customer requirements.
- Monitor sales team activities and performance through Field Assist or other Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications.
- Track sales visits, route plans, beat plans, attendance, and productivity of field personnel.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Support sales managers in achieving business objectives through data-driven insights.
Sales Force Automation (SFA) Management
- Manage and monitor Field Assist or similar applications used by the sales team.
- Ensure timely updating of field activities by sales representatives.
- Generate reports related to sales visits, order bookings, productivity, and market coverage.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting application-related issues.
- Train and assist sales team members in effectively using the SFA platform.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain customer, distributor, and sales databases.
- Prepare sales presentations and business review reports.
- Assist management with forecasting, budgeting, and sales analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF Functions, Dashboards, Charts, Power Query preferred).
- Experience in FMCG sales reporting and sales coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Field Assist, BeatRoute, Bizom, SalesDiary, mSELL, Salesforce, or similar SFA applications.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Understanding of distributor management and sales operations.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales coordination and MIS.
- Experience handling sales force automation and field tracking applications is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of distributor networks, primary and secondary sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and support a geographically spread sales team.
