Eligibility
Option 1 – HSC / 12th Pass**
* HSC / 12th pass candidates
* Minimum **2 years of relevant experience**
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable working in a UK shift
**Option 2 – Graduate Fresher**
* Graduate candidates with **0–1 year of experience**
* Freshers are eligible
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Candidates should be comfortable working in a UK shift
HSC + 2 Years Experience**
*Graduate Fresher / Graduate + 1 Year**
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through **chat support**
* Assist UK banking customers with their queries and requests
* Provide accurate and timely resolutions
* Follow banking process guidelines and compliance requirements
* Maintain quality and productivity standards
* Ensure a positive customer experience
Required Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Basic computer knowledge
* Good typing and customer-handling skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Willingness to work in **UK shifts**
