Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth functioning of the store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle store activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement
- Monitor stock movement and minimize losses
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems/ERP
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
