* Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
* Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
* Write compelling captions, scripts, and creative briefs.
* Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and creator collaborations.
* Monitor trends, reels, memes, and viral content to keep the brand relevant.
* Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
* Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversions.
* Work closely with the performance marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives.
* Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.
* 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a D2C fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
* Strong understanding of Instagram growth, Reels, and short-form video content.
* Experience with influencer marketing and creator management.
* Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience working with Shopify-based D2C brands.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
