Company:
Left Right Mind
About the Role:
Left Right Mind is bringing an enterprise AI platform to market in India. The platform helps large organizations detect misalignment between their documented standards (contracts, policies, SOPs) and their operational reality (transactions, production data, financial records) — and turns every finding into a governed, auditable workflow. It deploys on the client’s private cloud, is model-agnostic, and is 80% proven platform with 20% bespoke configuration per use case. As part of this build-out, we're looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the design of information systems for clients in the scientific and research community — portals, dashboards, and data management platforms built on large, complex databases. This is a client-facing role: you'll work directly with client stakeholders to understand domain-specific workflows and translate them into clear, usable design. You'll partner closely with the frontend engineering team to make sure designs are both intuitive and implementable, and act as the design point of contact across multiple client engagements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end UI/UX for information systems serving scientific and research oriented clients — portals, dashboards, and data-management platforms built on large databases. Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, understand domain-specific workflows, and present design concepts and rationale. Design for complex data: navigation, search/filtering, data tables, relationships between large datasets, and clear information hierarchy. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups (Figma or equivalent). Work closely with the frontend development team through implementation — reviewing builds against design intent and resolving feasibility trade-offs. Conduct usability walkthroughs with clients/end-users and iterate designs based on feedback. Maintain design consistency and documentation (style guides, component libraries) across client engagements. Manage design work across multiple concurrent client projects/timelines
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant UX design experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain design decisions
- Skilled in low & high-fidelity wireframing and information architecture, including for large, data-dense systems such as dashboards, admin/data portals, and database driven applications; a portfolio showcasing this is required
- Strong eye for aesthetic design — visual hierarchy, color theory, and pixel-perfect, delightful prototyping Proficient in Figma or XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Technical fluency to understand development constraints and communicate design intent clearly; front-end dev experience is a plus
- Comfortable in a client-facing capacity — able to run requirement discussions and present/defend design decisions directly to client stakeholders
- Able to switch seamlessly between consumer and enterprise design contexts Bachelors/Masters in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Prior experience designing for clients in the scientific, research, academic, pharma, or healthcare space
- Familiarity with data visualization approaches (charting/graphing patterns) from a design standpoint
- Experience building or contributing to a design system
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) as applied to data-heavy interfaces
What LRM Offers:
- Direct exposure to client-facing design work on complex, real-world information systems
- Close collaboration with engineering from concept through implementation A growing, multi-entity consulting environment with room to own design end-to-end on client engagements
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Health insurance
- Leave encashment
- Paid time off
- Provident Fund
