Helper Job Description
A Helper assists with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations in the workplace. The role involves supporting team members, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and performing basic manual tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support supervisors and team members with daily tasks.
- Handle basic packing, sorting, and stocking duties.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Report any damaged materials or equipment to the supervisor.
- Perform other general duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
