Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally creative and driven Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate thrives in early-stage concept development, excels at creative layout planning, and can generate multiple intelligent space-planning options during brainstorming sessions. You will translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings, precise 3D models, and high-impact visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead creative space planning by developing multiple layout options, spatial configurations, and circulation schemes during initial brainstorming sessions.
2) Draft precise 2D architectural layouts, floor plans, sections, and detailed working drawings in AutoCAD.
3) Build accurate 3D architectural models using SketchUp and produce realistic, high-quality 3D renders.
4) Post-process renderings and create polished client presentation decks using Photoshop and graphics software.
5) Actively contribute creative ideas, mood boards, and design concepts in team brainstorming and design reviews.
6) Conduct site surveys, document as-built measurements, and adjust layout options based on field conditions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Core Technical Skills:
2D Drafting: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
3D Modeling: Expert-level SketchUp skills.
Visualization: Strong command of 3D rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion).
Graphics & Presentation: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for render post-production and presentation sheets.
Design Strengths:
- Exceptional spatial visualization and out-of-the-box layout planning skills.
- Ability to rapidly sketch, iterate, and present alternative floor plans and spatial solutions.
- Strong aesthetic sense regarding materials, lighting, proportions, and color palettes.
Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset, active participation in design critiques, and high attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
