Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Immigration Assistant to work directly with our licensed consultant. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the immigration process—from first inquiry to case commencement—while ensuring documentation is accurately supervised and completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients interested in Canadian immigration through effective lead management.
- Expert Guidance: Provide accurate information, strategic resources, and step-by-step guidance regarding immigration procedures and pathways.
- Client Retention: Register qualified clients, secure retainers for the organization, and maintain high conversion rates.
- Communication Excellence: Handle all client interactions with superior phone and email etiquette, ensuring a premium service experience.
- Ongoing Support: Offer continuous administrative and emotional support to clients, managing follow-ups until their case is formally submitted to processing.
- Documentation Oversight: Assist the CICC member in supervising and organizing client paperwork to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving immigration policies and demonstrate strong presentation skills during client consultations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Immigration industry. (Candidates with 2+ years of proven experience will be given immediate preference).
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written command of the English language.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and a proactive learning attitude.
- Remote Setup: Must possess a stable high-speed internet connection, a functional laptop/desktop, and a quiet, professional home workspace.
