Job Purpose:
To manage client relationships, ensure successful delivery of HR consulting, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HRMS services, while maintaining high client satisfaction and service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
· Coordinate service delivery across Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, HR Consulting, and HRMS Implementation teams.
· Monitor client service quality and SLA adherence.
· Conduct regular client review meetings and prepare service reports.
· Track client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
· Manage client on boarding and implementation processes.
· Ensure contract deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
· Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities.
· Maintain CRM and client documentation.
Qualifications:
· MBA HR / Business Administration preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in client servicing, HR consulting, or account management.
