Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new business for banquets, weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, venue tours, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop business through networking, referrals, partnerships, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored event solutions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and operations teams for successful event execution.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue updates for management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to maximize business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in banquet sales, hospitality sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing end-to-end sales processes.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
