Role: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about visual storytelling and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful designs across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual communications.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with our brand guidelines and engage our target audience
- Perform photo editing, retouching, and image optimization for various digital platforms.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final deliverables meet project objectives.
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certifications may be considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Good knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital media formats and best practices for web and social media design.
