Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Production Executive to manage day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, and achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor production processes, resolve operational issues, and improve line productivity.
- Manage shift planning, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO, and FSSAI food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality team during audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Monitor production reports, yields, wastage, and inventory usage.
- Lead and motivate production staff while ensuring safety and discipline.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of food processing, production planning, and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on productivity and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
