Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage joining formalities, induction, and exit processes
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field
- Relevant HR experience preferred
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
