Institute of Banking Studies IBS is hiring Hindi Customer Care Executives for our office at SS Kovil Road, Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi
Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
Explain banking courses, fees, and admission procedures
Follow up with prospective students and maintain customer relationships
Resolve customer queries professionally
Update customer details in CRM or Excel
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent spoken Hindi is mandatory
Basic English communication skills
Computer knowledge in MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and Excel
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
