About the Role: We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is sharp, detail-oriented, and excellent with written communication. This is a hands-on role that combines creative strategy, content execution, client coordination, and account management across multiple brand pages.
Responsibilities:
- Research content ideas, trends & competitor activity across categories
- Write on-brand captions, hooks, ad copy & creative briefs
- Build and maintain bi-monthly content calendars across brand pages
- Brief and coordinate with graphic designers & video editors to produce high-impact visuals
- Manage ad creative production across formats — static, carousel, reels & stories
- Handle client communication in a clear, professional and detailed manner
- Manage social accounts end to end — scheduling, publishing & quality checks
- Coordinate influencer outreach & usage rights when required
- Maintain brand consistency, aesthetic integrity & grid quality at all times
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for luxury brands
- Strong copywriting and research skills
- Excellent written communication — able to hold detailed client conversations with clarity
- Experience briefing and collaborating with designers and video editors
- Proficiency with Instagram, scheduling tools & content planning
- Highly organised, deadline-driven and a perfectionist by nature
- Proficient with AI tools, effectively uses AI tools, agents to optimise the work
- Content direction, creative, able to handle the complete flow from ideas to execution.
- Well read, researched and knowledgable on existing trends, upcoming trends
