Job Purpose
The Project Officer will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of activities under the MARC Project. (Mangrove Conservation and Restoration Project )
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement project activities as per the approved project plan.
- Monitor day-to-day progress of project activities and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with project team members, beneficiaries, partners, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits and monitor project activities at the implementation level.
- Maintain accurate project records, registers, data, and documentation.
- Collect, verify, and analyse project-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic progress reports.
- Monitor project targets, outputs, outcomes, and timelines.
- Identify challenges or delays and report them to the Project Head/Management.
- Support project meetings, workshops, training programmes, and other activities.
- Maintain photographs, attendance records, reports, and other supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing project plans, budgets, presentations, and review reports.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
- Support the Project Head in the overall management and successful implementation of the MARC Project.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
