Job Description
We are looking for passionate and experienced SAT Trainers to conduct personalized one-on-one online classes for students preparing for the Digital SAT.
The ideal candidate should have a strong command of SAT Math and/or SAT Evidence-Based Reading & Writing (ERW), a student-centered teaching approach, and the ability to make test preparation engaging, interactive, and highly effective. Trainers may specialize in SAT Math, SAT English, or be proficient in both sections.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one personalized online SAT preparation classes.
- Teach SAT Math topics including Algebra, Advanced Math, Problem Solving & Data Analysis, Geometry, and Trigonometry.
- Teach SAT English (ERW), including Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Writing & Language, Vocabulary in Context, and Rhetorical Skills.
- Design interactive, concept-based lessons with proven strategies and shortcuts to improve students' speed, accuracy, and confidence.
- Assess students' learning levels through diagnostic tests and customize lesson plans based on individual performance.
- Track student progress through regular assignments, mock tests, and full-length Digital SAT practice tests.
- Provide detailed performance feedback and improvement plans to students and parents.
- Guide students in time management, exam strategies, and effective test-taking techniques.
- Create and review SAT study materials, worksheets, question banks, and mock assessments.
- Collaborate with the content and curriculum teams to continuously improve lesson quality and student outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating online learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, English, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring Digital SAT students (online one-on-one teaching preferred).
- A high official Digital SAT score or prior experience mentoring high-scoring students will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in SAT Math and/or SAT English (ERW).
- Excellent understanding of Digital SAT exam pattern, scoring methodology, and preparation strategies.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital whiteboards, and EdTech tools is preferred.
- Pen tablet is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students for competitive examinations.
