We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate and close business opportunities with distributors, dealers, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions. The role involves promoting and selling hospital furniture (ICU beds, Fowler beds, stretchers, lockers, etc.) and medical equipment, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, healthcare chains, and distributors
- Pitch and sell hospital furniture & medical equipment to doctors, hospital admins, purchase teams, and management
- Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → quotations → negotiation → closure
- Drive bulk orders and institutional partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and upselling
- Work closely with operations/logistics to ensure timely delivery commitments
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and government procurement processes
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Skills Required
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Understanding of hospital procurement processes
- Ability to handle large-value deals and long sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relationship-building with decision-makers (purchase heads, doctors, admins)
- High ownership and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years in hospital furniture / medical equipment / healthcare sales
- Experience in institutional or project sales is a strong advantage
- Existing network in hospitals is a plus
Education
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Background in healthcare, biomedical, or business is a plus
