Role Summary
The Client Relationship Executive will be the face of Homaira and the single point of contact for the client throughout their entire journey — from the first enquiry and showroom visit to final delivery and post-delivery follow-up.
We are looking for an Architect or Interior Designer with strong client servicing, CRM, sales coordination, and project management skills.
The role involves end-to-end client coordination — understanding requirements, presenting products and design solutions, supporting BOQs and estimates, managing follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, tracking production and delivery, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the client relationship and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Client Follow-Up
- Track multiple client journeys and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain clear documentation of client communication and commitments.
Presentation & Estimate Support
- Support design presentations, BOQs, furniture selections, and cost estimates.
- Use design knowledge to understand and communicate client requirements.
- Assist clients with furniture, materials, finishes, dimensions, and customization options.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawings, revisions, and technical requirements.
End-to-End Client Coordination
- Own the client relationship from enquiry and order confirmation through production, dispatch, delivery, installation, and post-delivery follow-up.
- Act as the communication bridge between the client and design, production, dispatch, and installation teams.
- Track timelines, coordinate commitments, proactively communicate updates, and resolve issues.
- Ensure a consistent and premium Homaira experience from first interaction to final handover.
What We're Looking For
- Architect or Interior Designer — qualification is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, interior design, furniture, interiors, or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of furniture, interiors, materials, finishes, and spatial requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong client-facing presence and comfortable dealing with HNI clientele.
- Highly organized with strong ownership and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with BOQs, estimates, presentations, drawings, and design discussions.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, dispatch, and installation teams.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, hospitality, or a luxury/design-led brand is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
