About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our Foreign Currency business. The role involves connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their foreign currency requirements, explaining our products and services, and converting enquiries into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements for foreign currency, travel cards, remittance and other forex-related services.
- Explain products, rates, services and applicable processes clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly to convert them into successful transactions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing of customer transactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Prepare and update daily sales/MIS reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Knowledge of foreign currency/forex services will be an added advantage.
