About IKIRU
IKIRU is a curated home décor and furniture platform working with 300+ artisans and manufacturers across India. We are building the one-stop curated destination for design-forward homes, across both D2C and B2B. This is an early, fast-moving team where the work is real and the ownership is high.
The Role
This is a true right-hand role. You work directly with the founder across every part of the business, no department is out of scope. One week it is fixing a leaky conversion funnel, the next it is setting up an automation that saves the ops team ten hours, the next it is structuring a B2B deal. You need to understand how ecommerce actually works under the hood, and you need the instinct to spot what is broken and build the fix yourself.
This role is for someone who wants to start their own thing one day and treats this as the best possible training ground for it.
What You'll Do
- Work shoulder to shoulder with the founder across ops, growth, B2B, product, and marketing, owning problems wherever they show up
- Build and run automations and workflows that remove manual work and make the business faster (think tools like Shopify, Airtable, Zapier/Make, WhatsApp and email journeys, CRM)
- Dig into the ecommerce funnel end to end, traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and drive the fixes that move numbers
- Set up systems and processes that let a lean team punch above its weight
- Run growth experiments, measure them honestly, and double down on what works
- Translate founder thinking into structured execution, then close the loop without being chased
Who You Are
- Prior experience at an ecommerce or D2C brand is important, you should already know how the machine runs
- Tech savvy and comfortable getting hands-on with tools, integrations, and light no-code or scripting
- Strong grasp of growth hacking, automations, workflow design, and the systems that scale a business
- Entrepreneurial at the core, you have ambitions to build your own company and want the reps that get you there
- High agency, fast moving, comfortable switching between very different problems in a single day
- Structured thinker who can hold both the spreadsheet and the messy real-world problem at once
