Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role involves managing front office operations, handling calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, courier services, and postal mail.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor appointments and inquiries.
- Receive and distribute office correspondence, documents, and packages.
- Assist with employee attendance records and maintain front office registers.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Support HR and Administration with onboarding documentation and employee coordination.
- Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and visitor records.
- Provide basic information about the company's products, services, and departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain daily reports and administrative records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc or equivalent).
- Diploma in Office Administration or Front Office Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
