Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive with experience in transportation and logistics to manage tracking, coordination, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Track vehicle movement and delivery status in real-time.
- Update trip and vehicle data in logistics/transport software.
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal staff for smooth operations.
- Handle and resolve customer queries related to shipments and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely flow of information to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Transport or Logistics industry.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in any software/computer operations.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,051.19 - ₹25,000.89 per month
