Reports To: CRO & Digital Marketing Head
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Associate Conversion Rate Optimizer (CRO) to support our Digital Marketing team in improving lead conversion efficiency. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring lead movement, tracking conversion performance, maintaining CRM data, and identifying opportunities to optimize the customer journey. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in digital marketing, CRM operations, and business analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Monitoring & CRM Management
- Monitor and track lead movement across different stages of the CRM pipeline.
- Identify leads that are stalled or losing momentum and escalate them for timely follow-up.
- Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
- Maintain conversion tracking sheets and monitor pipeline performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain executive performance scorecards and daily/weekly performance reports.
- Prepare conversion reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
- Track key lead conversion metrics and assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Support data collection and reporting for business performance analysis.
Lead Conversion Analysis
- Analyse lead behaviour to identify stages with the highest drop-off rates.
- Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend process improvements.
- Review follow-up quality to ensure leads are nurtured according to the organization's defined processes.
- Support the CRO team in improving lead management and conversion strategies.
Process Improvement
- Assist in identifying gaps in lead handling and CRM processes.
- Recommend improvements to enhance lead nurturing and conversion efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Perform other analytical and operational tasks assigned by the CRO & Digital Marketing Head.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or exposure to CRM, digital marketing, sales operations, or data analysis is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn CRM software and lead management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
