Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s online presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, campaign execution, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
- Manage daily posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, etc.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (ads, promotions)
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams
- Track, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools
- Optimize campaigns based on insights (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creativity and ability to think strategically
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok content)
- Influencer marketing experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
