Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our international pharmaceutical business. The primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities through cold email outreach to potential clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong lead conversion abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send cold outreach emails to prospective pharmaceutical buyers, distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and healthcare businesses.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets, primarily the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.
- Follow up with prospects via email and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Convert leads into active customers and long-term business relationships.
- Prepare quotations and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and business correspondence abilities.
- Experience in cold emailing, lead generation, or sales outreach.
- Ability to convert inquiries into paying customers.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, exports, or international business development will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹24,918.04 per month
