We’re seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to plan and execute content calendars for multiple clients, manage paid social campaigns, and coordinate closely with graphic designers and video producers.
You’ll balance creative storytelling with performance metrics to grow audience engagement and achieve client objectives
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across social media platforms; ensure brand consistency and timely publishing.
- Write clear content briefs and coordinate with designers and video editors; review assets for quality and brand alignment.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and one other platform.
- Track campaign and organic post performance; prepare concise reports with insights and simple recommendations.
- Conduct basic audience and competitor checks to inform content and targeting.
- Manage client feedback and approvals; maintain publishing schedules and asset libraries.
- Keep up with social trends and suggest test ideas (reels, shorts, UGC) to improve engagement.
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in social media or digital marketing; agency experience preferred.
- Hands-on with Meta Business/Ads Manager; experience on at least one other ad platform is preferred.
- Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools .
- Good written and verbal communication; organized with attention to deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
