Job Summary
The Civil Site Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and rectifying snagging and maintenance issues in completed residential and commercial projects. The role involves ensuring high-quality finishing, timely closure of customer complaints, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct snagging inspections and prepare defect lists before project handover.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to complete rectification works.
- Supervise civil finishing, painting, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing, and related maintenance activities.
- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within agreed timelines.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Maintain snagging reports, maintenance records, and closure documentation.
- Ensure safety practices are followed during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the project and customer support teams for smooth handover and post-handover services.
Requirements
- Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil maintenance, snagging, or finishing works in residential/commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of construction finishes, defect identification, and rectification.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
