Job Title: Marathi Teacher
Job Summary:
The Pride School is seeking a passionate and qualified Marathi Teacher to deliver engaging and effective Marathi language instruction. The candidate should inspire students to develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while fostering an appreciation for Marathi literature and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Marathi lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Keep accurate academic records and communicate student progress with parents.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, training programs, and other academic activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.A./M.A. in Marathi with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred; freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classroom practices.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
