Job Title: Junior Sales Trainee
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Sales Trainee to support the training and development of our sales team. The role involves conducting product and process training, assisting new hires during onboarding, monitoring performance, and helping improve sales skills to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Deliver product, process, and sales skills training sessions.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct refresher training sessions based on performance gaps.
- Support Team Leaders and Managers in identifying training needs.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Ensure employees are updated on company policies, products, and sales processes.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales, or Team Coaching.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Experience in EdTech, BPO, or inside sales will be preferred.
