Job Title: Purchase Executive/ Engineer
Department: Purchase
Reports To: Head Purchase
Location: Vadodara.(HO)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing (steel sheets, paints, chemicals, and machinery parts, Automobile industries)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
· Familiarity with ERP / SAP systems
Job Description:
· Heaving experience in Purchase and Procurement of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Items
· Heaving good experience in purchase of Mechanical Item like gears, motors, bearings, shafts, conveyor etc.
· Heaving good experience in purchase of Electrical Item like, Sensors, switches, Starters, Pumps, etc.
· Candidate should be having experience of purchase of Consumable Item
· Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
· Ensure purchase orders (POs) are executed timely in alignment with production schedules.
· Ensure proper records of PO, quotations, contracts, dispatch documents, and logistics records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
