We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and execution-oriented HR Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our people operations. As our founding HR lead, you will be responsible for setting up internal HR policies, managing employee relations, handling payroll, and scaling up our Business Development (Sales) and Academic (Faculty) teams dynamically.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
