Note: This is a learning-focused role with no aggressive sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in communicating with international clients via email and calls
- Support in understanding and managing client requirements
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth execution
- Assist in basic SEO research, reporting, and campaign tracking
- Monitor project progress and support in follow-ups
- Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in marketing, sales, or client handling
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
