ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive key account executive to build strong relationships with clients, ensure they achieve value from our products or services, and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Onboard new customers and provide product or service training.
- Understand customer goals and help them maximize the value of the product or service.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews with customers.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling where appropriate.
KEY REQUIREMENT
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or in a customer relationship management.
- Good communication/convincing skills
- Graduation in any stream/ BBA preferred
- Good understanding of bikes/ and parts (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
