Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Contact Centre Executive / Customer Care Executive who can speak in Telugu, to join our team at Instalimb in the Prosthetics and Orthotics domain. The role involves patient engagement through outbound and inbound calling, backend coordination, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient follow-ups, documentation, lead allocation, CRM updates, and liaising with relevant stakeholders to deliver a smooth patient experience.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in patient calling, customer service, or contact centre operations.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, prosthetics, or orthotics domain will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi/English & Telugu.
- Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu will be considered a strong asset.
- Ability to multitask and manage backend documentation with accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Patient-centric approach with empathy and professionalism.
