- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical components of industrial freezers, including blast freezers, spiral freezers, and conveyors.
- Refrigeration & Piping: Handle ammonia or Freon-based refrigeration lines, valves, pumps, and condensers.
- Plumbing & Drainage: Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, defrost drains, and hygienic sanitary piping essential for food safety and washdown areas.
- Preventive Checks: Conduct routine inspections of compressors, fans, and chillers to prevent temperature fluctuations that could compromise frozen products.
- Mechanical Alignment: Align belts, motors, and bearings in high-speed IQF packaging and freezing machinery.
