Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of doctors, nurses, technicians, receptionists, pharmacists, and support staff.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels across clinic operations.
- Address employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance reviews and employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and other HR requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower status reports, and recruitment MIS.
- Support HR audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitals, clinics, healthcare, diagnostics, or service industries.
Pay: ₹15,113.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month
