Job Title: PGT Science Teacher

Job Summary:
Central Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate PGT Science Teacher for its Sanchore branch. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to senior secondary students, developing their scientific understanding, analytical thinking, and practical knowledge while creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science subjects to senior secondary students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, practicals, and assessment materials.
- Conduct laboratory activities and ensure proper safety measures during practical sessions.
- Assess students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and classroom documentation.
- Prepare students for board examinations and academic excellence.
- Encourage participation in science exhibitions, projects, and other co-curricular activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning and student development.
Requirements
- Post Graduate in Science or relevant subject.
- B.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a Science Teacher preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and practical understanding.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling skills preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday (as per school timings)
