Job Description:
We seek a talented and experienced Instrument Sales Engineer to join and grow our industrial automation company "JLC International". In this role, you will be the primary technical and commercial voice of the company, communicating directly with international clients. Your deep knowledge of industrial instrumentation and sensors will ensure our global clients receive the best technical service and reliable automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with international clients.
- Act as a sales expert for our extensive range of industrial instruments.
- Provide high-level after-sales technical support via phone, answering customer inquiries and resolving technical doubts post-purchase.
- Determine the best technical solutions for diverse industrial applications and guide clients in selecting specialized instrumentation.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing accurate technical data and timely follow-ups throughout the sales and support journey.
- Coordinate with our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation and Instrumentation sales.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial meters, sensors, and measurement technologies.
- Proven track record in closing deals and negotiating with international clients over the phone.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide remote technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Experience in team handling with a self-motivated and result-driven professional attitude.
