Project Manager
Role – To take complete responsibility of developing a new chemical plant right from conception to erection and commissioning.
Education& Experience: Must be a Chemical or Mechanical Engineer with 10 – 12 years of experience in project management of a chemical plant. Must have had hands on experience in all aspects of project management. Must have at least 3 years of leadership role in erection and commissioning of a large specialty chemical plant. International exposure will be an advantage. Candidates handling similar role in a chemical plant or in an Engineering consultancy may be considered a good fit.
Requirements:`-
1. Ability to design the plant (required equipment design, pipeline orientation)
2. Actual field work experience for erection
3. Knowledge about the budgeting of the project
4. Skill to coordinate with various regional contractors to complete the project.
5. Good technical and commercial skills
6. Well versed with certification requirements for a specialty chemicals plant
7. Good understanding of GMP
8. Must have a handled a large team of own and contract staff
9. Must have handled a large vendor base – both domestic and international
10. Experience in FAT of equipment
11. Well versed with safety procedures
12. Good communication skills – verbal, written
13. Well versed with project management software – MS Projects, Gantt charts and other tools
14. Ability to work on tight deadlines
15. Ability to Coordinate with project related consultants
16. Government liaison experience is an advantage
17. Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
