KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end operations of the online marketplace.
- Handle logistics operations and coordinate with courier partners.
- Manage vendor onboarding, vendor performance, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee the complete online supply chain from order placement to successful delivery.
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, returns, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and implement SOPs, operational processes, and scalable systems.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously improve workflows.
- Drive automation and reduce manual processes wherever possible.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Finance, Customer Support, and other departments.
- Prepare MIS reports, analyze operational data, and take data-driven decisions.
- Own operational KPIs including TAT, RTO, delivery success rate, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
