About the Role
We are a global organization operating across multiple markets and time zones, and we are seeking a highly motivated Client Engagement & Operations Coordinator to join our remote team.
This role combines outbound telephone outreach (cold and warm calls), customer relationship management, and operations management. As communication is central to our success, you will play a critical role in representing the company to prospects and clients worldwide while ensuring internal operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Telephone Outreach & Sales Engagement
- Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to prospective clients across global markets
- Clearly communicate the company’s services and value proposition
- Qualify leads, book meetings, and drive new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups within CRM systems
- Work towards individual and team targets with uncapped commission potential
Customer Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for existing international clients
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer requests across different time zones
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear, professional communication
- Handle customer queries, updates, and issue resolution efficiently and empathetically
Operations Management
- Support daily business operations in a fully remote environment
- Coordinate internal workflows, schedules, and communications
- Maintain and update operational systems, databases, and documentation
- Assist with reporting, tracking performance metrics, and operational planning
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential for a global role)
- Confidence and resilience when handling cold calls and outbound sales activity
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience using CRM, sales, or operations tools is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer management, or operations is an advantage
