Job Title: Site Supervisor
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Maintain site records and report progress regularly.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
