We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads at scale. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative testing ability, and hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI.
- Handle full funnel setup: awareness → consideration → conversion.
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Proven track record of generating leads at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Basic understanding of funnels, attribution models, and remarketing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education, preschool, or B2C lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Copywriting skills for ads.
