About the Role: GlowMed Clinics is one of Kerala’s fastest-growing medical aesthetics brands. We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth at our premium facility in Kowadiar, Trivandrum.
This is a high-impact, hybrid leadership role. Your primary objective is to drive revenue and accelerate business growth. However, you won't just be closing deals—you will also actively manage the marketing side of the company. You will take ownership of the entire growth funnel, from generating high-quality leads through targeted marketing to personally converting them into premium clinic bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Lead the clinic's sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Engage in high-ticket consultative selling, conducting premium consultations for HNIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals).
Implement retention and referral strategies to maximize lifetime patient value.
Marketing Management:
Oversee and execute the company’s marketing campaigns, bridging digital lead generation with walk-in foot traffic.
Manage local brand activations, corporate tie-ups, and neighborhood marketing initiatives in the Trivandrum market.
Ensure all promotional materials, social media content, and campaigns align strictly with GlowMed’s premium, luxury aesthetic.
Track marketing spend performance and analyze key acquisition metrics (ROI, Cost-per-Lead).
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-ticket sales, business development, or commercial management (experience in aesthetics, luxury hospitality, premium wellness, or high-end retail is a major advantage).
Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, including digital lead generation, conversion funnels, and brand positioning.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
A target-driven mindset with the strategic capability to balance creative marketing with hard sales execution.
