We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will help improve efficiency and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely dispatch
- Maintain customer database and update CRM systems
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and contracts
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams
- Monitor sales performance and report discrepancies
- Support sales team in achieving targets
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
