About the Role
Homely Stays is looking for a responsible and proactive Property Supervisor to oversee daily operations and management of residential properties. The candidate will be responsible for property inspections, maintenance coordination, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular property visits and inspections
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and property upkeep
- Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and maintenance staff
- Resolve tenant/guest concerns and operational issues
- Ensure properties are maintained as per company standards
- Maintain property reports and updates
- Support property onboarding and operational activities
Requirements
- Own bike mandatory
- Willing to travel within the city for property visits
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of property operations preferred
- Responsible and problem-solving attitude
